Jackie is your first point of contact, making sure your initial appointment with our attorneys is stress free. Jackie monitors our Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from filing to discharge. She is available to answer client and creditor questions about their cases (although she cannot provide legal advice), she prepares file for hearings, communicates with Bankruptcy Trustees, assists clients with reaffirmation agreements and Chapter 13 plan issues. Jackie works closely with our attorneys to ensure the process of filing bankruptcy from start to finish is as smooth and as stress free as possible. She's great at her job, and you'll appreciate her compassion, knowledge and willingness to help.
